Animal Bite and Treatment Center (ABTC) is a rabies prevention and control
program unit. Provide Pre-Exposure and Post-Exposure Treatment to individuals
bitten by animals suspected of being rabid which will consist of the initial vaccine
and immunoglobulin dose. Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC) consultation is
every Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, while the ABTC immunization is every Tuesday and
Friday 8am-4pm.

This a program from the DOH for infants and children to immunize them and
reduce the mortality and morbidity against the common vaccine preventable disease.

Hospice and Palliative Care Clinic is a specialist clinic that treats patients with serious,
complex, and frequently terminal illnesses with approaches focused on maximizing the patients'
quality of life and minimizing the amount of pain they experience. The hours of operation are 9:00
a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, except on holidays.
Geriatric Clinic focuses on the care of elderly clients with special needs. It is open from 9:00
am – 4:00pm, Monday and Tuesday, excluding holidays.
The Wellness and Occupational Health Center focuses on the primary prevention of hazards
in the workplace. It is also primarily in charge of the health of the institution's employees. It also
serves outside clients who come for work clearances, physical fitness, and medical clearances. The
center is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.
The Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Clinic provides promotive and curative medicine
by utilizing evidence-based traditional and integrative medicine principles and techniques. The hours
of operation are Monday through Friday, excluding Wednesdays and holidays, from 1:00 pm to 4:00

Women And Child Protection Service
Administer and attend to cases involving crimes against chastity, sexual
harassment, abuses against women and children, and other similar offenses. The
service is available to examine abused clients: a) Fresh cases or cases within 72
hours of incident are available Monday to Friday, 24/7. While on Saturdays,
Sundays, and Holidays, clients are brought to the Emergency Room for
examination. b) Old cases or more than 72 hours of incident are catered to from
Monday to Friday, except Holidays, time is at 1:30-4:00pm.
