Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing September 2017 – Present
 Responsible for developing SpaceX supply chain strategies for $147 Million in M&S spend to optimize
performance
on cost, quality, delivery, demand planning, inventory management, and supply base management and
development.
Leads deployment of key planning, sourcing, vendor management, and risk strategies for machining components.
 Utilized data analytics to develop processes and system controls to drive supply chain optimization in planning,

sourcing, purchasing, quality, inventory, and cost management.


 Conducted strategic sourcing of mechanical components in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Legacy SpaceX

Vehicle programs (Falcon, Satellite, and Dragon) with existing suppliers and qualifying new supply base.
 Led the strategic sourcing team to execute Vendor Purchasing Agreement (VPA) and Long-Term Agreement
(LTA)
resulting in about $8.04 M cost savings. Responsible for supplier performance evaluation to contracts and
development plans to address misalignment to cost, quality, delivery, and relationship goals.
 Led efforts with engineering and supply base to conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) to achieve program

 Restored Cybertron program schedule by mitigating a delivery schedule risk for the satellite thrust engine testing

 Executed the negotiation of the raw material contract valued at $18.9 M for the Satellite program. Executed the

Procurement Manager – Return Components January 2012 – September 2017
 Led and empowered a team of 17 to execute returns purchasing on component repairs, supplier quality defects,

and system upgrades for about 400 suppliers using SAP and CAS Systems to deliver high quality products on-
time
to support Gulfstream legacy and new development programs. Develops strategies for all commodities (Machined
Parts, Flight Controls, Propulsion, Electrical, Composite, Mechanical Systems, and Sheet Metal).
 Coordinated inventory planning and management with purchasing to support operation schedule and sales.

 Conducted hiring, development planning, performance management, and retention of supply chain professionals.

 Liaison between procurement quality, planning, financial management, engineering, program management,

materials, contracts, logistics, production, and other internal customers to execute company goals.
 Led a project team to integrate and execute the procurement returns supply chain process with the Supply Chain

Action Request (SCAR) software to enhance return parts auditing, internal collaborations, and supplier
