Hold body on circular needle until you complete the sleeves
Sleeves (Make 2):

Distribute evenly on DPNs
Work in seed stitch 5 (5, 7, 7) rounds

Place first sleeve onto scrap yarn and repeat above instructions for second sleeve
Before joining the sleeves to the body, place the first and last stitch of the round onto a stitch
holder (these will become the armpit)

Join Sleeves to Body:

Finishing:
Kitchener stitch armpit stitches from holders

Sew ears to head I cord side up approximately 5 (6, 7,


7) stitches from the front of the hood and 10 (11, 12,
12) rows from the bottom (or wherever looks good)

Sew hood to inside of collar just below the first row of


seed stitch. To ensure that the hood is centered. Line
up the center of the hood with the center of the sweater
back and sew outward from center to both ends.

For baby size with optional hood cinching only: sew a button to the back of the hood
approximately 10 rows down from the top.

Sew 3 (3, 4, 4) 1” snaps down the front, 1 to the collar, one to the bottom edge and one in the
center.

Weave in all ends.
