Commit to fit!

Everyone knows that it’s hard to make exercise a habit. For most people it feels like doing
work or chores. Many tend to lack courage or motivation, or even time to start getting fit. Healthy
eating isn’t easy either – especially for people who are busy with school or work, because for them,
getting fast food or cooking up something quick is easier and less time-consuming than actually
planning out meals and making sure they’re nutritious.

But there is a shortcut to the finish line! There is a new type of exercise that has been
spreading like a global pandemic and it’s called ‘HIIT’ – High intensity Interval Training. The benefits
of this new fitness trend is that it’s absolutely godsent for busy people! The sessions usually only last
about half an hour. It’s a short workout that is a very effective way of getting fit and burning calories
fast! And if you’re still worrying about lacking the time to do so - I’m sure even some of the most
busiest people can devote thirty minutes of their day to getting fit, you just have to dedicate some
time to squishing it into your schedule!

Now, obviously exercise isn’t the only element of getting fit. Healthy consumption is equally
as important. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be overly complicated. If you feel overwhelmed by all
the conflicting nutrition and diet advice out there, you’re not alone. It seems that for every expert
who tells you a certain food is good for you, you’ll find another saying exactly the opposite. The truth
is that while some specific foods or nutrients have been shown to have a beneficial effect on mood,
it’s your overall dietary pattern that is most important. The cornerstone of a healthy diet should be
to replace processed food with real food whenever possible. Eating food that is as close as possible
to the way nature made it can make a huge difference to the way you think, look, and feel.
