we are hereby submitting our best offer for the mentioned equipment with the following terms &
conditions.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

01) Price :- Quoted prices are in taka excluding VAT and AIT imposed by the govt. of
Bangladesh. If it is payable will be paid by the client.
02) Validity :- The offered price will remain valid up to 30 (Thirty) days from this date.
There after it will be subject to our further confirmation in writing.
03) Delivery :- Delivery within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of technical and commercial
Clearance order. As well as advance payment.
04) Pre Delivery
Inspection :- Customers are requested to organize pre-delivery inspection if they think
This is required.
05) Payment :- A) 70% of the total order value will be paid along with the work order.
B) 20% of the total order value will be paid before delivery &
C) 10% will be paid along with Installation & Commissioning of Product.
