Pigments & Fillers:
USP-EAGLE (BF400-62)62% is generally utilized with up to 65% of mixed calcium carbonate & talc fillers of "glass
microspheres". The grades & relative quantities of these fillers should be selected to provide the required application
properties & sand ability characteristics. Additionally, grades should be selected that have low iron & other transition metal
contents are these can adversely affect the shelf life of the finished product
Compatibility:
USP-EAGLE (BF400-62)62% is soluble in ketone and to a limited extent, ester and aromatic solvent. However, the use of
solvents other than styrene is not recommended as they can lead to porosity of the film during curing which will subsequently
adversely affect the continuity of any applied surface coating
Storage:
USP-EAGLE (BF400-62)62% should be stored indoor in the original, unopened and undamaged containers in a dry place at
storage temperatures between 5°C to 30°C. Exposure to sunlight should be avoided
Stability:

Under the above mentioned storage condition the stability of USP-EAGLE (BF400-62)62% will be 6 months ex-work.
