Writing : advantages and disadvantages of sharing a flat with your friend

To begin to explain the advantages and disadvantages of this topic we must understand that
nowadays housing is very expensive both to buy and to rent a single person, as the current
salary is very low, that is why this is considered an advantage as the costs of sharing are
lower both for the maintenance of the house and for water...
As for the disadvantages we can find several such as that if you get angry with your
partnerThe cohabitation becomes hard and it is more difficult to solve this problem, on the
other hand respect the decisions of your partner and if you do not agree, talk to him/her and
set some limits.
So I think that sharing a flat has many more advantages than disadvantages and these can be
solved through dialogue and respecting the other person's opinion.
