5 PIPING AND FITTINGS

Supplying, Installing, Connecting and Testing of seamless grooved black carbon

steel fire pprotecting piping for all schedule 40 above ground pipes including,
pipes, fittings, required grooved couplings and adapters as specified below:-

Alarm Check Valve assembly + OS&Y - main alarm check valve completes with
6 alarm gang, pressure gauge, pressure switch, retard chamber and all Nos. 3
accessories as specification 150 mm.

Fire Department Connection 150 mm c/w non-return valve and 4 way / water
7 inlet every one 65 mm as specified and shown on the drawings as well as Nos. 3
supervising Engineer instructions.
8 FIRE PUMP UNIT

a- UL/FM APPROVED horizontal split case electric fire pump unit,

(2,000gpm) @ (10) bar. complete with electric motor, fire pump controller,
base plate, electric connections, pressure gauges, valves and all necessaries
for complete installations as specified and shown on the drawings as well as
supervising Engineer instructions.

b- UL/FM APPROVED horizontal split case DIESEL fire pump unit, set 1
(2,000gpm) @ (10) bar. complete with DIESEL engine, fire pump controller,
base plate, pressure gauges, valves and all necessaries for complete
installations as specified and shown on the drawings as well as supervising
Engineer instructions.

 c- Vertical multi-stage centrifugal Jockey fire pump, (50gpm) @ (10.7) bar,
complete with electric motor, jockey pump controller, base plate, electric
connections, pressure gauges, valves and all necessaries for complete
installations as specified and shown on the drawings as well as supervising
Engineer instructions.

Supply and Install Wet Private Fire Hydrant, Size 4" Dia With1 No. 4" NST,
9 Pumper Connection and 2Nos 2.5" House Outlets with (OS&Y) gate valve, Nos. 4
SASO Approved, incompliance with NFPA 24.

Automatic Air Vent, ½", Cast iron body and cover, S/S inner parts and Non- Nos.
