I am Oppong Aboagyewaa, a senior staff midwife of this facility, wish to inform you of my successful
completion of degree in midwifery which I was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery.

I started schooling in August 2019 and completed in August 2021 at the Garden City College, Kumasi.
Attached is copy of my Certificate and would be extremely grateful if upgraded to Midwifery Officer.

I desire to put up my best to improve maternal and child care in this facility. I hope my application would
