8. All-Ministers’ Conference 2023

By the grace of God, the second non-denominational All-Ministers’ Conference is
scheduled to take place at the Pentecost Convention Centre (PCC), Gomoah Fetteh,
from Tuesday, 19th (reporting) to Friday, 22nd (departure) September 2023.
Participants will include all ministers of the Church of Pentecost who have served more
than ten (10) years and ministers from other non-COP churches. The conference shall
be held under the theme, Moral Vision and National Development, The Role of the
Church. The registration fee is GHS 500.00.

All ministers, officers and members of the church are advised to encourage their
friends who are ministers in other churches to attend. The general church public is
encouraged to pray for God’s presence and guidance during and after the conference.

9. Church Projects
It has been observed that some ministers and officers do not follow the guidelines on
the implementation of church projects as prescribed under article 33.0 of the
ministerial handbook. It is directed that the proposed stages of construction be
reached before cutting sod, laying of foundation and dedication of church buildings
and mission houses should be adhered to. Ministers going on transfers or proceeding
on retirement are advised not to rush to lay foundation stones or dedicate church
buildings as this may lead to doing shoddy work.

2
Leaders at all levels of the Church are also advised to undertake church projects in
accordance with the provisions in the Estate and Assets Maintenance Manual prepared
by the National Estate Committee.

10. Dismissal
Apostle Emmanuel Kwesi Acquah, Area Head for Bolgatanga, has been dismissed with
immediate effect for gross misconduct and ministerial indiscretion. We are
admonished to remember the family in our prayers.

May the Lord continue to be with us all as we make every effort to possess the nations
for Christ.

Yours faithfully,

ERIC NYAMEKYE (APOSTLE)

CHAIRMAN
