Overview: Is a online appointment booking system through APP and website for the GCC Market. The Clinic
Administrator logs into the system to create doctor, verify them and make them live. They can also manage

appointments booked through Web/Mobile Applications for accepting, rejecting, check in & checkout; print the receipt
through calendar feature. As part of this product developed, 2 Mobile APPS were developed - one for users to search,
book doctor appointment, view waiting room - ahead of them another for – Doctor to manage the appointments,
payments through app. Any Action done in the clinic admin, they sync with APPS and post login of desk

Roles & Responsibilities:


 Understand the business needs by coordinating with onsite clients at Gulf Countries develop applications.
 Acted as single point of contact between onsite and offshore team members. Gather requirements by interacting

Project 2: Juman- Event Ticketing Application Designation: Business Analyst/Product Owner
Team Size: 15 Duration: June 2016 to May 2017

Overview: Is a free online ticket booking platform designed for event manager (EM) to create events tickets for shows,
concerts, and conferences, etc. These tickets created will be booked through user site based on preference and search
filter. The EM can block few tickets and assign them to ticketing agent (TA) who can sell tickets through admin panel
available. TA can update payments, and assign back the unsold tickets. As part of this product developed, 2 Mobile APPS
were developed - one for users to search, book and view the tickets, another for - ticketing agent at the event venue to
scan the event tickets and permit the attendees.

Roles & Responsibilities:


 Understand the business needs by coordinating with onsite clients at Gulf Countries to develop applications.
 Acted as single point of contact between onsite and offshore team members. Gather requirements by interacting
with various stakeholders and escalated to development team.

Overview: Web based application allows to trigger emergency calls for subscribers to alert emergency to their contacts.
This application allows the authorized caller to trigger emergency through IVR as well. Mobile based application is also
available to serve the same purpose.

Roles & Responsibilities:


 Understand the business needs by coordinating with onsite clients at Bahrain to develop applications.
 Acted as single point of contact between onsite and offshore team members. Gather requirements by interacting
with various stakeholders and escalated to development team.
 Followed Scrum model to release in application in versions with the prototypes created.

process activities and interpret the revenues. The Current system is cluttered and wanted to customize the complete
business process flow. Complete Redefining the CRM to make the admin access more useable.

Roles & Responsibilities:


 Understand the current product & service involved to send text message or voice clip for their registered Clients.
 Conducting stakeholders meeting and gathering business requirements.
 Documented the gap analysis with regards to client interface and SMSC CRM.

converted to an Agent/Producer. And, sales leads converted to an insured/member to which policy is sold. User can
perform lead management related activities, such as creating the prospects, viewing the dashboards and creating
activities on the sales prospects, working quotes and transmittals.
