Proceedings:
1. The meeting started with an Opening Prayer through Audio Visual Presentation
2. The first agenda was about the PSA Birth Certificate. The teacher reminded the parents about
processing of PSA birth certificates of their children. This involved meticulous coordination with
parents to ensure accurate documentation for each child’s Permanent Record.
3. As the summer months intensified, so did the challenges posed by extreme heat. The safety and well-
being of our students remained our utmost priority. Measures were implemented to mitigate the
effects of high temperatures including that students were allowed to wear light and comfortable
clothes and children were ask to always bring water.
4. An exciting highlight of the quarter was the camping trip organized for our Girl Scouts and Boy
Scouts. It was an opportunity for the children to bond with nature, learn essential survival skills, and
foster camaraderie among their peers. The experience was enriching, providing memories that will
last a lifetime.
5. Throughout the quarter, several significant dates were marked on our calendar. The dates to remember
from DepEd Order No.003,s.2024 was presented and explained the changes in the number of school
days.
6. Academic progress and personal growth were closely monitored during the third quarter. Teacher
updated the parents about the performance of their child during the 3 rd quarter. The teacher
emphasized that continuous parental support was very important for the continued growth and
development of our students.

7. Open communication with parents remained a cornerstone of our educational approach. During the
meeting, parents were encouraged to voice any concerns or queries they had regarding their child's
education and well-being. Their feedback was valued and served as a catalyst for continuous
improvement in our educational practices.
8. The last part of the meeting was the signing of the Learner’s Report card and congratulated the
parents for another milestone of their child.
