I’ve lived almost all my life in Colorado since my parents migrated to the United
States from Rome when I was 4 years old.

What do you work over there?

I'm a surgeon doctor and I've served for over 34 years and I currently signed a year
deal contract with the UN safekeeping department, providing aid treatment and
caring for the refugees in the Governte camp since last year but I received a recent
transfer to Gaza through the safekeeping department to work under the first aid
team.

I am currently in Gaza, Israel but my contract is almost up and probably I will be
getting back to the United States in few weeks time.

It is really deadly and rough here, I hope everything works out for good, but surely
it is not safe for me or anyone here in Gaza as the Palestinian terrorists keep on
invading our Camp.

son of 15 years old.

I lost my wife 8 years ago when she was about giving birth to our second child. I
really loved her so much but life has to move on.

Really..? Come on, you are really looking fresh and younger than your age and that’s
amazing, though age is just a number.

Do you believe that age is just a number?

Nice... I am 59 by age. I got married at my age of 42 and my late wife gave birth to
our first child after two years of marriage at my 44. I will clock 60 on the September
12th of this year.

Can we get together as good friends?

I like to visit the beach, have coffee and take a walk at the beach side for sightseeing

which I do often at my leisure time.

But I have not done any of that in years since I lost my wife cause all I do now is
work and work, so whenever I get back I don't have to think or feel lonely because
I have my son with me.

For me I love sea foods, and most times I like to have home made food and that’s
why I like cooking myself.

What are you doing at the moment?

It’s been a busy day for me. My work here takes most of my time.

Dear I want you to understand that working in a deadly war zone, making sure
wounded armies are taken good care of and some citizens under bomb or accident
attack, putting broken bones and wounds together is never a good story to talk
about.

My work is very hard and sometimes it involve dead bodies.

My dear, my days here is probably how you must have imagined... being on security
alert 24/7 cause anything can happen any minute...

I can’t really say that the peace keeping process is a success cause it’s more like a
war zone here because the Terrorists never stop they believe if they die and kill
many people in war, Allah would accept their soul... How preposterous right?

There is this evil group of terrorist, all they do is plan and attack, destroying lives
and properties. They also kidnap foreigners that come here to work.

Working here is like “a storyline in a typical American movie”, I guess you do see on
the TV world news.

======MY HISTORY======
Dear I have suffer for many years from my childhood, I was an orphan and I grew
up in the orphanage home. My parents died when I was very young, just few years
after we migrated to USA. One old mother from the home took care of me and
other children. I grew up to be the leader of the house, we were big and happy
family. So I moved out from the home when I was almost youth. I then worked in
the factories and other places to earn a living. Grace located me When I was 20, I
was offered a scholarship to study at University of Toronto's faculty of medicine to

study medical and surgery though it has always been my dream to be a doctor,
finally my dreams came through.
