One of our Alternative Assessments in our English 5 class is to have an interview

session with an expert in a particular field (STEM, Social Sciences, Leadership, and
others). The interview is geared towards enriching our knowledge about the chosen
field, so the interviewees will be asked about the nature of their job, their meaningful
experiences, and the perks of being in the featured profession.
