Sub: Information required under Right to Information Act, 2005 –

Information regarding the applicability of Government Rules and
Regulations and 24th Executive Committee Meeting’s Resolution.

I am seeking the following information under the Right to Information Act.

I have affixed the postal cover of Rs. 10, as fee for the same according to
the Act. I urge you to provide me the information sought at the earliest.

Regarding; The applicability of Government Rules and Regulations and 24 th

Executive Committee Meeting’s Resolution.

1) Kindly let me know whether this Association is following the Tamil Nadu
Government Rules and Regulations in establishment matters such as scale
of pay, leave Rules, Promotions, Superannuation etc. Moreover if so, kindly
provide me with the information, from when and under whose authority it
has been followed?

2) Kindly provide me with the copy of Resolution adopted during the 24 th

Executive Committee Meeting held in Cuddalore on 25.07.2009.
Additionally, please furnish information regarding whether the agenda
adhered in that resolution has been followed by the association?
