APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY INJUNCTION U/s. 37(1) OF THE

SPECIFIC RELIEF ACT r/w. Sec.151 of CPC

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is most humbly prayed
that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant TEMPORARY INJUNCTION
restraining the respondents/defendants 2 to 8 from providing any grants,
certificates, benefits or whatsoever to the 1st respondent/defendant in the
capacity of legal heir to the deceased Mrs.Arul Helena, till the disposal of this
suit and pass such further or other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit
and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case and thus render justice.
