During practicum
1 Print the following documents: Student During practicum
Co-teacher:
• Appointment letter
• Roles and responsibilities & Claim form
• Co-teacher information form
• Practicum Observation form for Co-Teacher
Students:
• All the related documents
• Practicum Guideline
2 Information of supervisor will be update Student/Administrator RPMU During practicum
• Supervisor information and contact details will be updated accordingly BASED ON THE NEAREST TENTATIVE OBSERVATION WEEK -sent via email **Contact designated supervisor one week
before supervision date.
After practicum
1 Complete portfolio upon completion of practicum Student
2 Submit the co-teacher claim form and copy of IC via email: nooruzaila@oum.edu.my Student
Submission of portfolio
1 Prepare soft copies of portfolio Student
2 Google link for document upload (google form) Administrator RPMU
3 Upload portfolio practicum Student Before /on deadline stated:
For January semester -15 April
For May semester-15 August
For September semester- 15 December
(Late submission after the date is not accepted)
4 Acknowledgment receipt of portfolio will be sent via email within 2 weeks upon submission. Administrator RPMU
5 Review practicum portfolio Reviewer
6 Submit marks to Exam Unit Administrator RPMU
7 Update marks Exam Unit
