Technology has been an integral part of our life and active in most aspects of it. Digitalized
training programmes are getting commonplace and, as a result, everyone has got an instant
access to it. There are some who claim that in-person coaching will decrease in popularity and
that online one will soar. I totally share this view as there are more opportunities offered than
by face-to-face sessions with a trainer.

First things first, online programmes, these days, can be personalized to almost every one and
more output in work is observed. Every other individual has got difficulty making progress while
working out at a gym due to lack of knowledge of body type and exercises needed. However,
apps are so sophisticated that they analyze your body type and even build up your diet
depending on your goals. Moreover, accessibility is the crucial benefit of online coaching.
Having said that, people no longer need to purchase membership to the gyms and exercises
could be done from the comfort of their zone. Last but not least, adaptability is the most
important factor. It gets to the point that people sometimes cannot allow themselves to do their
exercises from everywhere.

On the other hand, having personal trainer gives person motivation and consistency in his/her
work. To begin with, people are lazy beings and they struggle with getting exercises done.
Unless they have someone to push them forward, they will not do their work on time. In
addition, social interaction should be taken into consideration. Reduced face-to-face would
badly affect people training in particular sport as humans are social beings and they need to
contact with others. However, all these can be achieved by simply downloading some apps
online. Within a few clicks, people have their personal advisor and personalized plan, not
mentioning the fact that they have got their buddies online.

Summing up all abovementioned, I am of the opinion that the face of personal trainings is
changing and people resort to having done everything individually using online method than
face-to-face.
