Subject: Authorization Letter for BIR Registration

Sir/Madame:

I, ROLEX C. SUDARA, Director of PSU Brooke’s Point Campus and Adviser of Parents-Teacher Association of PSU
Brooke’s Point Palawan, Inc., hereby authorize MR. MARLONNE JOHN S. TRANCE to act on behalf of our Parent-
Teacher Association (PTA) in all matters related to the registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the submission of documents, completion of forms,
communication with BIR officials, and any other necessary actions required for the successful registration of
our PTA with the BIR.

Mr. Trance is empowered to make decisions, provide information, and sign any documents necessary for the
completion of the BIR registration process. We trust that he will represent our organization diligently and in
accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

This authorization is valid from November 21, 2023 to November 30, 2023 or until he completes our BIR
registration, unless revoked earlier in writing. Any and all acts carried out by Mr. Trance within the scope of
this authorization during the specified period shall be deemed as acts of our organization.

I kindly request that you provide Mr. Trance with all the necessary assistance and cooperation to facilitate a
smooth and efficient BIR registration process on behalf of our PTA.
