Dear amazon company

I wish to complain about the PS4 controller, ID04555 that I purchased on march 9th 2020.
I am complaining because I read in the description that the controller is original and has a lot of
features such as a touchpad, lighting, and built-in speakers giving the controller a lovely
premium touch but later when I received it, I found out that it was made by a cheaper quality and
its fake and doesn’t have the lighting the input for the headset! And what made me mad even
more is that it was the same price as the original controller about 300 SAR!!!

To resolve this problem, I would like a full refund. I don’t need any coupons or any of
your marketing deals. I’m very upset about the fraud that happened to me and I will never order
from you anymore. Therefore, I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve
this problem. If I do not hear from you within 2 days, I will file complaints with the appropriate
consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I

I've had a chance to review your complaint, and I'd like to apologize for the fraud that
happened to you earlier. And apparently, you’re not the first customer who complains about that
seller, the fact that we found the seller himself accused of scamming and manipulating with fake
receipts.

money as soon as possible is our priority and making the customer pleased has always been our
pleasure. I'll be working on this ticket from start to finish, so you can respond to me directly with
