Sub: Complaint against Nizam lala k, S/o late Sh. Bhoop Singh, R/o
H.No.54, Main Goyla Road, Shivpuri-II, Deenpur, Nazafgarh, New
Delhi-110043 for taking away the wife of the complainant with
intension to grab the property of the complainant, criminal
conspiracy, theft, kidnapping, threatening to kill and attempt to
meaning the wife of the complainant.

Dear Sir,

1. I got married with my wife namely nagma nizam rais on 15 year

before at danapur, bihar according to muslim customs and rites
and my married life was going very happily and on good gifted us
with a daughter namely and everything was normal like a happy
family and we all were spending good time together like an idol
family. And in between all of this I started trusting my wife very
blindly as this is very usual for a men to trust his wife And
therefore I purchased two properties bearing no. on the name
of my wife from my hard earned money and from the day when I
purchased the property on her name and her behavior suddenly
started changing towards me and she started torturing me in one
way or other and used to quarrel with me on very petty issues
and that time I was not able to understand that why she is
behaving like this,.
2. Therefore I received a call from one of friend of my wife and he
informed that my wife is in contact with above mentioned person
Khusru with whom my wife was in affair prior to marriage and
still in contact with him then I take the number of said Khusru
from facebook and his no. is 9332584901 and contacted him
several times and asked him about my wife on which he
threatened me that he is going to marry my wife and will sold my
properties in connivances with my wife and if I against triy to call
him then he will end my life.
3. On which I enquired from wife about the same and that time she
refused all these things and from the next day of this she ran
away from the matrimonial home with my daughter and took
away with her all the documents and gold ornaments from the
house and when I contacted to my wife on phone she refused to
return the home and clearly stated to me that she going to marry
 with above said Khusru and will sold the properties which are on
her name.
4. There all are part of big conspiracy made by my wife and above
mentioned Khusu against me for grabbing my property along
with that my wife also stole gold ornaments and they both also
kidnapped my minor daughter from my house my wife is going to
marry the above mentioned person marriage card of marriage in
Annexed here with the complaint where as she is my legally wife .
5. Therefore it is requested to you kindly save my marriage and my
properties from above mentioned person and take strict action
against them.
