UNDER SEC 148 (A) OF C.P.C.THE CAVEAT PETITIONERS

BEG TO SUBMIT AS FOLLOWS:-

1. The addresses of the parties for the purpose of service of court

summons, notice, etc are as stated in the cause title supra
and the petitioners may also serve through their counsel Sri.
K.R. Hemanth Kumar and Suhas Jingade H, Advocates,
Shivamogga.

2. It is submitted that Caveat Petitioner is a Administrator and

Principal of Jnana Bharathi English School Since 1998 this
institution providing education to children from Nursery to
10th Standard. The said institution is a registered institution
recognized by Government of Karnataka and having a good
will as to the standard of education providing to the Children.
 3. It is submitted that the caveat petitioner now recently has
learnt that the respondents are making hectic efforts to file a
false suit against the caveat petitioner with unjust claim and
relief’s.

4. It is submitted that in the said suit that may be filed by the

respondents, if this Hon’ble Court is pleased to grant any
interim relief to the respondents, the caveat petitioner will be
put to untold hardship and inconvenience as she is feeble
lady. If any such suit is filed by the respondents, this Hon’ble
Court may be pleased to issue notice to the caveat petitioner
before grant of any interim relief to the respondent. Hence this
caveat petition.

5. It is submitted that the fixed court fee on the above caveat

petition is paid herewith, the postal receipt for having sent the
copy of the caveat petition to the respondent through RPAD is
herewith produced along with this petition.

Therefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court

may be pleased to register the above caveat petition and to
issue notice to the caveat petitioner before passing any interim
order in a suit that may be filed by the respondents against
the caveat petitioner by allowing this caveat petition in the
ends of justice.
