Firstly, I hold a degree in industrial engineering which gives me the abilities to optimise
processes, improve efficiencies, have a goal-oriented mindset and lead operational teams. My
education background has given me the necessary skills to perform well as a supervisor.

Secondly, my work experience has involved managing people and analysing data in a variety
of operations. For instance, when working in Nestle as the production supervisor of the plant, I
was responsible for designing, executing and controlling the production plan. This activity
included more than 400 products, 3 production shifts, 9 direct reports, master lists and
preparing and maintaining budgets.

Thirdly, I consider myself a proactive and resourceful person who can liaise with different
stakeholders of an organisation. I also have strong organisational and interpersonal skills which
have helped me perform effectively over the years.

Finally, I was part of a team who developed a problem-solving program which helps production
plants achieve goals in terms of efficiency. The Kraft Heinz Company is well-known worldwide
