Summary : The speech of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman 7 March reshaped the history of
Bangladesh. Bangabandhu made a clear focus on the total independence of this land throughout his
golden speech. The Pakistani rulling machine converted this land into a crimson shade of blood for 23
years. They deprived us politically, economically, culturally and in every sector of national and
international perspectives. Through this speech, the people of the country had got the final directive on
how they should act with the autocratic Pakistani junta. This vigorous speech encouraged our people to
prepare for the War of Independence.

many good things that we never expect to be done by any stranger. Jerry's integrity was beyond
imagination. One day, Jerry reveals that he has a mother in Mannville, a neighboring town. But before
leaving, she comes to know that Jerry does not have a mother. In a nutshell, the story shows how fast
people get closer and once a person gets closer to someone, it is really hard to give a happy farewell.

9. Adolescence
Summary : The lesson is about some typical health problems experienced by adolescent girls and
boys. When a girl is married off at an early age, she is tortured and abused for dowry even after the
marriage. When an adolescent girl is pulled out of school, she loses her mobility, friends and social
status. As a result, she is deprived of basic knowledge like health issue. So, they are vulnerable to
deadly diseases. On the other hand, the situation of adolescent boys is somewhat better. But still they
are vulnerable to being drawn into criminal activities, drugs and alcohol.
