Note: Visual observation means any kind of food spoilage (microbial, fungal, enzymatic) and deterioration (Physical).
 Temperature of fruits and vegetable chiller must be between (10◦C to 16◦C)
 Product movement should be made as per FEFO & FIFO policy.
 Product should be discarded (loose) or sent for claim (packed) in case of any expiry or quality & safety issue.
 Food segregation (fruits&vegetable in green while eggs in red) and foot level (6 inch away from wall and floor) must be ensured.
 Cleaning of chiller must be ensured on daily basis while only store approved products.
 Check temperature and Relative humidity of chillers after every 06 hours.
