1.1 Description
Responsibility of the Subcontractor
Design layout as per NFPA 22 standard for detailed fire water tank, concrete foundation of tank,

piping (suction outlet, inlet filling, vent, other details), access ladders, and manhole.
Technical data sheet accordance with specification and compliance statement as per NFPA and HCIS

standard,
Manufacturing, fabrication, assembling, coating/painting/insulation, installation and testing as per

NFPA and HCIS standard.

The delivery place of the material and equipment provided by the Contractor is
temporary stacking site. The Subcontractor shall be responsible for the unloading, storage,
transshipment, and installation and commissioning.
The Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing the material and equipment and
ancillary facilities for the unloading.
The specifications and the technical specifications not covered in the Subcontract are
provided by the supplier's product description. The Subcontractors should follow detailed
drawings and installation manuals for construction.
Reference documents
Material and the technical instructions provided by the equipment supplier.
1.1.1.Technical Standards, Codes and Principles
The supplier shall comply with the below-mentioned standards for the design, manufacture,
and testing of equipment, but are not limited to them.
1) NFPA 22, Standard for Water Tanks for Private Fire Protection.

2) HCIS SAF-104.
Relevant national codes of Saudi Arabia and other relevant codes/standards of NFPA shall
also be taken into consideration.
The equipment supplied as per this technical document shall comply with the latest version or
revision of the above-mentioned standards and codes, but not limited to them. If there are
similar clauses in these standards and codes, the more stringent one shall prevail.
1.1.2. Fire Water Tank
1) Two outdoor fire tanks, the net capacity of each water tank is 180 m³, the tank should be
suction type. A connecting pipe is needed between the two tanks. The water tank should
be equipped with inlet and outlet pipes, overflow pipes, ventilation pipes, drainage pipes,
internal and external ladders, inspection holes, water level gauges, electrical signal pipes,
etc. The material of the water tank should meet the requirements of NFPA 22 and HCIS
SAF-104.
2) Supplier shall undertake the design, material procurement, manufacture, pre-assembly and
testing before delivery, packaging, transportation, delivery, on-site guidance for
installation and commissioning, training of the project owner and related personnel, and
after-sales services of the supplied equipment.
3) The manufacturer shall warranty the tank for at least 5 year from the date of completion
and final customer acceptance. Upon completion of the tank construction contract, and
after the contractor has tested the tank and made it watertight, the tank contractor shall
notify the authority having jurisdiction so that the tank can be inspected and approved.
1.1.3 Technical Requirements for Fire Tank
1) For suction tanks, the net capacity shall be the number of cubic meters between the inlet of
the overflow and the level of the vortex plate.
2) Materials shall be limited to steel, wood, concrete, coated fabrics, and fiberglass-reinforced
plastic tanks.
3) To prevent lightning damage to tanks, protection shall be installed in accordance with
NFPA 780.

4) there shall be a substantial vent above the maximum water level of top of the tank, the vent
pipe shall have a cross-sectional area equal to a minimum of one-half the area of the discharge
pipe(s) or fill pipe, whichever is the larger.
5)Copies of mill test reports for steel plates and certificates of compliance for bolts and other
structural members shall be maintained at the premises of the vendor and shall be made
available for review by the purchaser.
6) Painting and anti-corrosion protection measures should be taken for welded-carbon steel
and composite concrete and carbon steel. All tank foundations, materials, accessories,
fabrication, construction, and welding shall be in accordance with AWWA D100 or AWWA
D107.
7) Fiberglass-reinforced plastic tanks shall meet the requirements of AWWA D120 or AWWA
D121.
8) Tanks that are assembled on site shall be tested for leakage by the manufacturer.
9) Fiberglass tanks installed outdoors shall be protected from freezing and mechanical and UV
damage.
10) Rigid connections to steel tanks shall be made by means of a welded joint with approval
by the authority having jurisdiction
1.1.4. Attachments

1.2 Hoisting, transporting and keeping of equipment.


In the hoisting, the Subcontractor shall ensure the safety and prevent any damage to the
material and equipment.
The equipment should do the following checking after arrival:
(1) Packing and sealing should be good.
(2) Open box inspect, model, specifications should meet the design requirements,
accessories, spare parts should be complete.
(3) The technical documents of the products should be complete.
(4) The appearance check should be intact.

The custody period should be regularly inspected, do a good job of protection.

Section 2 Technical requirements for Erection work

2.1 Erection Work Execution.


This chapter describes the list of general work to be the design, manufacturing, delivery
to site, welding, fabricating, Assembly and Erection work execution for firefighting water
tank as per NFPA and HCIS standards.
2.1.1 The detailed scope of the work is as given in the refer technical specifications and
drawings. The work has to be carried out as per terms and conditions brought out in
documents referred in the Agreement. Contractor reserves the right to award a part of the
scope of work mentioned in the BOQ to other Subcontractor, according to the instance on site.
And the Contractor reserves the right to award a part of the scope of work not mentioned in
the BOQ to this Subcontractor, according to the instance on site, Subcontractor shall be
acceptable.
The manufacture, fabrication, welding, plastic, steel products, structural section, and
lumber and so on measuring materials used for equipment are taking place or installation shall
be supplied by the Subcontractor. All consumed material for installation shall be supplied by
Subcontractor.
2.1.2 The Subcontractor should be responsible for installation, disassembly, tools,
instruments, measurements, test, machine, Safety, and certificate obtained for use from
relevant authority or according to the Jordan related laws.
The Subcontractor shall prepare the required documents and submit all work permits to
the authorities or governments for the approval till the approval is granted by authority.
The Subcontractor shall prepare the required documents and submit them to the
inspection authorities for the approval, as well as sending technical personnel for positive
coordination till the approval is granted by Jordan inspection authority.
2.1.3 QA/QC requirements.
The Subcontractor will be responsible for installation workmanship and quality. During

quality guarantee period, the Subcontractor will be responsible for unqualified performance of
the plant due to installation quality.
The Subcontractor shall submit all MOS (work method of statement) and ITP (inspection
test plan) and HSE plan to Contractor for the approval, one month before work start.
The Subcontractor shall prepare all documents of commencement reports to Contract for
the approval. Include: MOS, ITP, HSE plan, HSE training records, technical training records,
organization chart, machine list, tool list, manpower mobilization plan; schedule of
construction; material shifting application permits, commencement permits before work start.
The Subcontractor shall be fully responsible for the complete system keep qualified
action and qualified measurement for installation work. The Subcontractor shall prepare the
required documents and submit them to the inspection team by Contactor and owner for the
approval. All work progress will be according with MOS, ITP, HSE plan; and will be
according with all drawing and technical documents and specification and relevant standard
rules.
2.1.4 Contractor can provide land for site office and warehouse, but Subcontractor will
be responsible for leveling and make the application for the approval by Contactor.
2.1.5 Contractor will provide general layout of site road for construction and
maintenance of main road. Then, the Subcontractor will be fully responsible for other
(branch) road, for example road and path for larger machinery moving. The Subcontractor
should take protective measures before Subcontractor’s vehicle and crane go through road.
The Subcontractor should be fully responsible for the damage of Road caused by
Subcontractor.
2.1.6 The Subcontractor will be responsible for shifting, storing, keeping, protection,
safeguarding and maintenance of project materials and equipment issued by Subcontractor.
2.1.7 The Subcontractor will be responsible for the safe custody of project materials and
equipment against any damage of material, equipment and works in its scope before items
hand over by Contractor. However, Comprehensive Insurance Policy for Storage-cum-
Erection is to be taken by Contractor and in case of any damage loss, theft etc, Subcontractor
shall assist Contractor in lodging necessary insurance claims for the damaged lost, stolen

items.
2.1.8 Contractor is responsible for supervision. Contractors shall be entitled to conduct
selective inspection for checked welding joints by Subcontractor. Destructive tests, if any,
shall be carried out by the Subcontractor at Government approved laboratories or according to
the Jordan related laws.
2.1.9 Contractor shall be responsible for general area lighting; Subcontractor is
responsible for guarding of material and equipment in his custody at site and provide adequate
lighting in the workplace, ensure light capacity is qualified.
2.1.10 Subcontractor should Clearance, chipping, structure, packing materials and left
out materials and transport all scrap, residual and waste materials to waste storage yard
appointed by the Contractor, trimming and leveling of the area after completion.
2.1.11 The Subcontractor shall be responsible for installation and testing of hoisting
equipment. The Subcontractor shall also responsible for costs associated with the inspection
and testing by government or third party for ensuring quality of erection. The Subcontractor
shall submit all hoisting maintenance and inspection records to Contractor every week. The
Subcontractor shall have monthly inspection for all machinery with Contractor inspection
team, all unqualified items shall be closed by Subcontractor in time. Any accident cost or
damage cost by Subcontractor. The Subcontractor shall be immediately stopped work after
received stopped order for unsafe and unqualified machinery condition NCR by Contract, till
contract agree work cannot be continued.
2.1.12 Subcontractor is responsible for cutting/threading etc matching and fitting works
of supporting rods for hangers.
2.1.13 Subcontractor is responsible for entire stores management starting from receipt of
materials, unloading at stores, verification, stacking, etc. The Subcontractor will be
responsible for drawing the materials from Stores, transporting equipment and material in its
scope from warehouse to site and unloading at site and erection of the same. Material shall be
shifted to indicating place which cause work to affect each other if the material is placed
while the workflow so Subcontractor cannot ask any claim for shifting material work.
2.1.14 If Scope of Work and Terminal Points are not clearly indicated, the Work and

Terminal Points indicated in the Drawings for Construction shall prevail and instruction of
Contractor’s engineer.
2.1.15 This specification covers, drawing from Contractor stores, making up painting,
transporting to Pre-Assembly / Erection site, the defects eliminating, cleaning pressure part
inside, Erection, Alignment, Welding, test and inspection, Final Painting, assistance in
commissioning, etc in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. The work shall
conform to dimensions and tolerances specified in the various drawings and other relevant
documents, ITP (quality plans) shall be submitted for the approval before start the erection by
the Subcontractor.
2.1.16 Subcontractor should fabricate, prefabricate, construction and carry out the testing
of works in accordance to the project specification and /or local rules and regulations up to the
satisfaction of the Contractor.
2.1.17 All related work, including administrative, managerial and supervisory work
connected with the requirements and obligations is in the Scope of Subcontractor’s Work.
2.1.18 Subcontractor should provide documentation in accordance with the Contract.
2.1.19 Subcontractor should supply all materials, machine and consumables which are
not specified by Contractor, in a new and unused condition of common first quality.
2.1.20 Subcontractor should supply all necessary temporary work for proper execution of
the Contract provided by the Subcontractor at his own cost and inclusive of all materials,
labour, supervision and other facilities, which are not specified by Contractor.
2.1.21 All work permits of installation shall be done by Subcontractor in working area,
same height work, hot work, confined space work, scaffolding work, entrance work, lifting
work, shifting work, crane cross road work, road cutting work, excavation work (if
applicable).
2.1.22 Subcontractor should provide all equipment, tools, timber, scaffolding/scaffold
board and other means, materials and labor necessary for the proper execution of the Work
within required period of time up to final completion.
2.1.23 The Drawings included in this Contract provide a general description and
interface boundary line about the wo rk to be performed under the scope of this contract.

However, the work has to be executed according to the drawings “Released for Construction”
from time to time supplied by the Contractor
2.2 Conditions of Acceptance and Tests
2.2.1 The different examinations inspections to be carried out, during erection, shall be
performed in full compliance with the erection quality control plan and the inspection
procedures, local regulations; standards shall be taken into account.
2.2.2 Subcontractor should provide the individual test & commissioning reports and
other QA/QC documents, such as ITP & procedure with the relevant testing standards
attached as per contractor’s requirements. Subcontractor should follow SEPCOIII & Owner’s
requirements and the NFPA and HCIS standards, follow the minimum necessary test items for
electrical equipment and satisfy the standards for each test item. Find out all the relative
standards and submit the documents to contractor for review. Copies of the corresponding test
reports shall be submitted to the contractor, upon completion of the tests.
2.2.3 All the testing price had been included in the total amount; subcontractor should
finish all the testing and pre-commissioning, and provide all the apparatus & equipment to
finalize all the testing and pre-commissioning. Subcontractor should take all the expense and
responsibility to invite an authorized third party in Saudi Arabia to carry out the necessary
testing & pre-commissioning if SEPCOIII & Owner required. Subcontractor shall also
provide all the certificates for the testing and measuring equipment, and certificates for the
testing engineers and technicians.
2.2.4 Acceptance of a completed erection operation must be sanctioned by a
conformance file issued by the subcontractor. This conformance file shall contain all the
documents specified in the erection control plan.
2.2.5 The Work shall be subject to inspection and debugging by contractor /Owner
during erection and upon completion. With regard to workmanship of the Work, the approval
by contractor of inspection or debugging will not prejudice the right of contractor to reject the
equipment if it does not comply with the specification when erected or if it does not perform
satisfactorily through the warranty period.
2.2.6 The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with contractor’s procedure.

Adequate notice shall be given when the equipment is ready for inspection and all facilities
shall be provided by the subcontractor to enable contractor to carry out the necessary
inspection and testing of the equipment.
2.2.7 Subcontractor should take necessary action to make the equipment in better
condition such as the drying of the motor, to ensure all relative testing are satisfied without
any additional expense.
2.2.8 Equipment Operating & Function Tests
- Operating & Function tests shall be in accordance with the equipment manufactory’s
recommendations.
2.2.9 Electrical meter and measurement equipment testing & calibration.
All the electrical meter and measurement equipment should be tested & calibrated in line
with relevant IS, IEC Saudi Arabia local and other Codes/ Standards.
2.3 Protection in Working Area
Subcontractor shall prepare and submit precaution for protect all the other completed
work which concrete surface, platform, stair, cable tray, painting surface, equipment
contacting and connecting surface, all necessary protection or easy damage or possible
corrosion happened equipment before start work.
2.3.1 Protection of Concrete Surfaces
Concrete floors and other concrete surfaces shall be protected from chipping, gauging,
scratching, staining, and other damage. Sections damaged by the Subcontractor shall be
repaired or removed and replaced subject to CONTRACTOR’s direction and acceptance.
Heavy planks and mats shall be placed under cranes, equipment and materials being stored,
moved, assembled, or installed on or above concrete floor surfaces. Non-flammable, oil
resistant coverings shall be used to protect concrete surfaces from staining.
2.3.2 Protecting of Electrical Raceway, Cable and Lighting Fixtures
The Subcontractor shall protect electrical raceway, cable lighting fixtures, and associated
support system, equipment and materials, welding, flame cutting, and other construction
works. Raceways and supporting structures for raceways and lighting fixtures shall not be
used as access scaffolding at any time. Whenever welding or flame cutting operations occur

above or near raceways, cables or lighting fixtures the Subcontractor shall protect the
raceways, cables, and lighting fixtures from damage by suitable means approved by
CONTRACTOR.
2.3.3 Protection of Grating and Stair Treads
Floor gratings and stair treads shall be protected against damage from heavy loads,
movement of equipment and materials, flame cutting, welding, and other construct on activity.
Where heavy equipment or material is to be stored or be moved over gratings, loads shall be
supported directly from the structural steel and shall not be allowed to bear on the gratings.
Damaged sections shall be repaired or replaced subject to CONTRACTOR’s discretion and
acceptance.
2.3.5 Protection of instrumentation and gauge
All field erection instrumentation and pressure gauge and temperature gauge shall be
stored properly in room before installation. All instrumentation work mounted on equipment
shall have been in protection by Subcontractor.

Section 3 Erection works technical requirements

3.1 Material release


The Subcontractor should provide the design, manufacturing, delivery, and
construction(assembling) and testing schedule to EPC for review and approval.
Subcontractor shall prepare consumable materials before construction to meet the needs
of installation and construction.
3.2 Material shifting and unloading and storing.
3.2.1 Subcontractor shall inform EPC prior one week earlier (by email) delivery date &
time at site, submit proper valid document (vehicle and driver) for apply gate pass and site
transfer of materials from the storage area to the workplace. Collection and identifying on site
all surplus materials and returning them to storage area. Providing machine and manpower for
drawing equipment and material, Handling of equipment in the storage areas. EPC contractor
will be responsible for water tank foundation concrete work and will handover to

Subcontractor after inspection.
3.2.2 Subcontractor shall transport all equipment from storage yard to working area.
Direct to site unload some heavy equipment shall be responsible by Subcontractor, all
lifting work permits shall be made, and crane shall be prepared by Subcontractor. Single
weight list of equipment in the BOQ. Subcontractor shall arrange properly capacity cranes for
all unloading work lifting to equipment position.
3.2.3 Material voucher shall be made by Contractor engineer. Subcontractor shall arrange
shifting work in three workdays to completed transportation, and feedback voucher to
engineering in charge after signed by all.
3.2.4 Subcontractor shall prepare schedule for requiring material every week.
3.2.5 Material transportation shall keep safety condition, all trailers shall have lock
device, and ensure break is good.
3.2.6 Subcontractor shall make one storage for important equipment parts in safe,
prevent any stolen, and arrange watch guarder to take care. All damaged and missing material
will be cost by Subcontractor.
3.3 Tools
The Subcontractor shall supply all tools equipment necessary and sufficient for the
proper execution of the works, within the completion of the work. The Subcontractor shall
insure all tools in good and qualified condition.
It shall include but not limited to the following services:
- Maintenance and supply of consumables and spare parts of all appliances, tools, test
equipment and associated accessories.
- Supply of standby units for frequently used equipment
- All freight cost, customs, dues, etc, of machine and tools on works.
- Periodic calibration when required of tools, such as: pressure gauges for torque
wrenches, thickness gauges, and vibration measuring devices, electrical multi-meter, electrical
mega ( insulation meter ) , and other relevant electrical equipment and metering tools.
Calibration certificates shall be available on site for the Contractor review.
- If however additional work is ordered by the Contractor, then any additional tools,

handling facilities, apparatus on consumables requirements, will induce no extra cost to the
Contractor.
In the contract, should be mechanical or materials provided by the subcontractor, but due
to the subcontractor coordination or purchase does not reach the designated position, finally
provided by constructor, we have the right to deduct the fees in the progress the contract
settlement.
During construction, due to the subcontractor work efficiency is low, our staff to help,
help or provide special machinery. we have the right to deduct the fees in the progress the
contract settlement.
The Subcontractor shall submit the following reports for approval by Contractor:
- List of all cranes, winches, compressors, welding machines, forklifts and
tractor/trailers, identified by size, capacity, make and model to be used at the Plant Site. List
shall be submitted prior to the start of the Work and should be as per, but not limited to the list
given in Enquiry specification.
- A comprehensive list of all small tools including but not limited to grinders, torque
wrenches, winches, chain falls, chain blocks, welding electrode ovens, surveying instruments,
mill right devices, come-a-longs, etc. List shall be submitted prior to the start of work. The
subcontractor shall provide the above tools except the welding electrode ovens, subcontractor
shall provide all the welding rod and welding electrode ovens, all welding machine, rods and
facilities shall be approved by contractor, owner and the third party for subcontractor
construction use.
3.3.1 Welding Machines
The Subcontractor shall supply in a sufficient quantity all suitable tools including
machines such as:
The choice of the welding sets is left to the Subcontractor.
The suitability of the welding sets shall be proven by the results of the WPS qualification
tests.
The welding cables shall be replaced, repaired if any damage or defect occurs.
Prior to commencement of project, the welding machine and the welding tools. the

welding machine and the welding tools to ensure that qualified then used in project.
Prior to commencement of project, the Subcontractor should report this engineering
devotion welding machine, welding tools (welding clip, welding Helmet, welding glove,
argon gauge, welding TIG torch, the tools of welding TIG torch, the electrode oven etc.)
quantity that the construction use toward the Contractor, and ensure the equipment work
condition provide good, the quantity can satisfy the construction request.
The Subcontractor shall submit check appraisal certificate for important equipment and
instrument issued by authorities to Contractor, such as argon gauge, oxygen-acetylene gauge,
equipment and instrument for heat treatment, infrared ray’s temperature gauge, dry-wet
thermometer etc.
3.3.2 Electric and Pneumatic Tools
Electric and pneumatic tools
The choice of these tools is left to the Subcontractor. However, and for information, the
following list of tools, but not limited to, shall be supplied by the Subcontractor for all the
duration of works:
-Electric tools: Impact drilling machines, magnetic stand drilling machines, grinders and
bench grinders, lights, projectors, pistol drill (gun drill), threading machine, shear wrench,
Toothless saw, intercom, Cable tags machine, Cable mark conduit machine, hot gun, multi-
meter, Clip-on ammeter etc.
3.3.3 Cutting Tools
Oxy acetylene cutting torch set of taps, threading DIES and DIE holder, flat and round
files, taper saw, taper reamers, tungsten drill, taper shank drill, metal scrapers, miscellaneous.
3.3.4 Measuring Devices
- Precision level, vernier caliper, steel ruler, piano wire, water level, plumb bobs, etc.
3.3.5 Handling Tools
- Eye bolts, shackles, slings
- Lift man hoist
- Jacks, electric drill, rivet gun
- Chains

- Ropes
- Wire ropes
- Miscellaneous.
3.3.6 Hand Tools
Tool boxes, flat spanner sets, torque wrench, hex key sets, set sockets 6 to 32 mm, 22 to
50 mm, 54 to 80 mm, open wrench sets, flogging spanner sets, pipe spanner sets, adjustable
wrenches, extractors sets, hammers, hand saws, welding gloves, goggles, helmet, safety
footwear flexible mirror, screw drivers, pliers, gasket cutting box, hydraulic benders, tube
cutter, work bench, magnetic level, gas taps, plumbs bobs, lathe tool etc. are supplied by
Subcontractor.
3.4 Consumables
The Subcontractor shall provide all consumables in a sufficient quality and quantity for
the works execution within the schedule limits, and as listed for information in this chapter,
but no limited to.
2.8.5.1 Filler metal for all steel and pipe welding
All welding material shall be approved by Contractor.
Contractor have already ensured welding material manufacture brand type,
Subcontractor shall comply with Contractor’s manufacture types only. So, Subcontractor
cannot use the any other brand type.
Subcontractor should properly control on storage, preservation, and utilization of all
Welding consumables.
2.8.5.2 Miscellaneous Consumables
Supply of all consumables necessary for work completion, such as but not limited to:
- Oxygen, acetylene, argon, nitrogen, propane, butane, carbon oxide, fuels.
- Grinding discs
-Cleaning clothes, and equipment
-Abrasives, emery paper, hacksaw blades
- Electric consumables
-All consumables required for use within Subcontractor’s offices, warehouses,

accommodation …
3.5 Scaffolding
The Subcontractor shall supply, install, and maintain for all duration of works and held in
position until end of control and tests, all the scaffolding as required to give safe access for
the erection and control works. All scaffolding material shall lay out in order and tidy.
The term scaffolding shall include mobile towers, staging, isolated platforms, lift and any
other similar equipment.
Subcontractor shall submit the capacity calculation plan and construction plan of the
scaffold for approval by SEPCO III and the owner before construction.
Subcontractor shall provide required scaffolding and manpower for carrying out all job
(erection, painting, etc) at site.
Subcontractor shall provide scaffolding standard shapes for showing all person’s
knowledge for scaffolding make, as follow plate form, ladder, supports, location, load
distribution, capacity, and variation type.
Subcontractor shall make scaffolding permits plate to hang on for scaffolding
information and signature and signed by the Contractor.
The following services are including:
- Maintenance and regular inspection to ensure safe working condition
- Removal of all scaffolding after completion of the works.
- The scaffolding shall comply with local safety regulations.
3.6 Site cleaning and waste disposal
Throughout the period of construction works at site the Subcontractor shall maintain the
whole area of the operation in a clean and tidy condition. The Subcontractor shall take all
necessary precautions to secure the complete protection of ground and underground against
pollution. Subcontractor shall have daily housekeeping for all working area.
The Subcontractor shall arrange their materials and construction plant daily in order not
to hamper the safety and access of other partners’ works.
The Subcontractor shall perform a daily cleaning of Erection Subcontractor’s working
areas and removal of refuse.

The Subcontractor shall at his own expenses, from time to time and whenever required
by The Contractor clean away and remove from the site all rubbish accruing from his
operations.
On completion of the Subcontractor works the Subcontractor shall:
- Clear away and remove from the site all constructional plant and temporary works.
- Transfer all surplus material to the in-site storage area designated by the Contractor.
- Rubbish and refuse will be collected and carted way to a dump according to the local
regulation.
In the event that the Subcontractor fails to carry out the provisions of this clause. The
Contractor reserves the right to carry out such work on his behalf and the recharge the
Subcontractor accordingly.
3.7 Removing and restoring works.
3.7.1 The Subcontractor shall restore the places where the Subcontractor has removed
temporary lifting lugs.
3.7.2 Erection of work have work sequence, so Subcontractor shall arrange all work in
correct progress, that prevent mistake happening. The first equipment earlier mounted than
the second one that is wrong sequence by Subcontractor, but second one shall be erected the
earliest than other, same thing Subcontractor shall make application for first one be removed
for the approval, then when second one be finished, Subcontractor shall arrange all recovering
work for first one to insure that completed with original condition, and all cost of double work
will be by Subcontractor.
3.7.3 Subcontractor shall remove all temporary measures material for pipe, equipment,
valve installation as follow but not limit:
Foundation
Supports
Limiter
Steel structure
Scaffolding
Plate form.

All temporary welding with permanent steel structure location shall be repaired and
ground and painted by Subcontractor.
3.7.4 Subcontractor shall make all application for remove permanent pipe, supports,
cable tray, grid, stair, plate form, beam, column, etc for approval by Contractor.
3.8 labelling
3.8.1 The Subcontractor shall supply and install labeling for all working scope area. All
name plate use two language, Arabic and English. Include office, storage, fabrication plate
form, machine, tools, working area separator labels, all name plate use two language, Arabic
and English.
3.8.2 The Subcontractor shall supply and install labeling for equipment, valves,
instruments … before commissioning, and perform the installation of final permanent
labeling. All name plate use two language, Arabic and English.
3.9 Electric power
3.9.1 The subcontractor is responsible for the construction electricity, and qualified and
reliable diesel generators should be provided to meet the on-site construction power demand.
3.9.2 Subcontractor shall arrange electricians for all electric panel, cable in safety and in
ordering, all panel equip with proper earth ground.
3.9.3 Electric used to electrical machinery shall be had unique cable line. Hand machine
shall be equipped with leakage current protector.
