of Zahurul Hoque Chowdhury and to engage in philanthropic and community development activities.

Financial Policies

Initiation Fee and Monthly Contribution:

 Every member is required to complete their membership with an initiation fee of 100 BDT to cover initial
costs.
 Monthly contribution of 100 BDT is mandatory for every member.
 Members are requested to submit their contributions within the first 10 days of each month.

Financial Management:

 Collected funds will be held in hand for the first six months.
 Following a positive outcome, the foundation will open a bank account and deposit funds into a savings
account.
 Financial reports will be shared with members.

Terms and Policies:

 Every member has to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude towards their contributions for the unity of
the foundation.
  No withdrawal of funds is permitted for at least the first 10 years.
 No member can take a loan against their money.
 The amount of the contribution may be re-evaluated by mutual agreement among the members.
 The nominee of a member automatically goes to Father/Mother or Wife.

Investment and Contribution Policy

 Maintenance costs will be covered from the fund.

 With the approval of all members, the foundation may invest in profitable sectors, and all members are
equally liable for losses.
 With the approval of all members, any donations may be made.

Amendment Procedures: Any policy can be changed by the unanimous approval of all members.
