I had an interview with my sister Miki

yesterday. I interviewed her about her hobbies.


Miki really likes making various cakes. During the
interview, Miki shared a recipe for making Nama : Nichen Irma Cintia
delicious donuts. I took notes on the ingredients NIM : 952024037

and how to make the donuts.

Here's a basic recipe for making homemade


donuts:
Ingredients :
250 grams of high protein wheat flour
2.5 tbsp sugar
3 grams instant yeast
25 ml warm water
1 tbsp milk powder
1 egg yolk
50 grams butter, melted and left at room
temperature
Oil for frying
How to make :
In a container, add 2.5 tbsp flour, yeast, sugar,
and water, stirring clockwise until dissolved.

After the ingredients are mixed, add milk


powder, flour, egg yolk and mix.
Add flour, butter and butter. Knead until the
dough is elastic (approximately 15-30 minutes).

After the dough is elastic, round the dough,


store it in a container and cover the cloth.
Store in a slightly warm place. Let the dough
double in size for about 45 minutes.

After the dough has doubled, deflate the dough


until the gas inside disappears. Divide the dough
by 30 grams each. Round the dough neatly.
Store on a baking sheet that has been sprinkled
with flour. Do this until all the dough is used up
and cover with a cloth. Let the dough rise lightly
for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the oil and perforate the donut dough. Fry
the donut dough on medium to low heat. Try to
turn the donuts once so they don't absorb a lot
of oil. Do this until all the dough is used up. Let
the fried donuts cool down first. After that,
give toppings according to taste. Enjoy 🍩
