NOTES :
1) Insulation density = 130kg/m3.

2) Operating Weight for Vapour service is 1/3 rd of water actual value.

3) Total test weight has been taken as the summation of total empty pipe weight & the water weight of the pipe in the section

4) Guide load are calculated based on 0.3xVertical load.

5) Axial load are calculated based on sum of number of supports vertical load on longest section of upstream or downstream section from axial stop, multiplied with friction co-efficient 0.3

6) Wind loads are calculated for 10" & above piping based on BS 6399-2 considering wind drag/force co-efficient = 1.2, Wind Pressure is taken from Project Design Basis para 7.2.3-e

7) For rest support lateral load shall be 0.1 of vertical load

8) For rest support Axial load shall be 0.3 of vertical load
