Ferry Ticket Depart Terminal Fee

-This e-ticket shall only be reselled by an authorised agent and passenger is advised to only purchase the e-ticket from authorised agent(s).
-This fare type is capacity controlled and limited. Hence may not be available on all ferries.
-A full copy of the E-ticket must be presented over at the check-in counters for the collection of boarding pass. Incomplete copy of the E-ticket will not be accepted.
-Ticket sold is not refundable.
-A fee is chargeable for any cancellation or amendment made.
-For Tanjung Pinang - Tanah Merah Route: Passengers is required to pay booking fee (Rp.20,000) and Indonesia Tax (Rp.40,000 for Indonesian and Rp.60,000 for Other Nationalities),
charges is subjected to changes.
-Passenger is required to check in at the pre-imm gate 45 minutes before the Ferry departure time.
-Passenger must ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel, and also meet the country immigration requirements.

Travel Guide In Terminal

-Check-in deadlines may vary at different seaports and for particular ferries. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with these deadlines
-Do not carry any liquids, aerosols and gels more than 100ml in your cabin baggage
-We suggest that you check-in early and proceed immediately to the departure gate or you may risk being left behind in security as some seaports have complex security checks
-Guests may not use the unused checked baggage weight of other guests unless travelling on the same Itinerary
-Guests are strongly advised not to check in goods which are valuable and fragile as baggage
-You are responsible for obtaining all entry and exit visas, health and other required documents including ensuring that your passport validity meets the destination’s entry requirements.
