Headquartered out of India, The Outreach Collective (TOC) is an inclusive,
professional association, extending membership to a diverse array of
stakeholders - University Outreach professionals, Guidance Counsellors,
Entrepreneurs, Service Providers, and all individuals intertwined within this
dynamic space. TOC cultivates an atmosphere where collaboration,
knowledge exchange and the celebration of best practices in Guidance &
Outreach are integral pillars of the community.

THE PURPOSE
The core essence of The Outreach Collective resides in a mutual aspiration:
to seamlessly integrate ALL stakeholders involved in College Guidance,
University Outreach, and Admissions. We strive to refine and augment the
collective experience, fostering an ecosystem that is more harmonious,
efficient, and poised towards future innovations in Guidance and Outreach.
Embarking on this journey together, we aspire to establish an inclusive,
ethically-guided collective that embodies progressive evolution, aligned
with the industry's fluctuating needs.

THE NEED
Global Higher Education is witnessing a disruption, spurred by transformative
changes in guidance, enrollment and outreach methodologies.
South Asia, the epicentre of Global Student mobility, is progressively
amplifying its footprint across a cross-section of Academic Institutions and
Multinational Corporations. This enhanced visibility necessitates a profound
rethinking among South Asian professionals in Guidance and Outreach roles.
The Outreach Collective (TOC) envisions to fulfil this gap and helps them to
remain updated about the latest developments in their respective areas of

Bhakti Shah Ankur Vohra

Bhakti is the Director of Global Outreach and Strategic Partnerships at Huron
University, Canada, with over 17 years of expertise in K-12 and higher education.
She has worked across various domains including School Marketing &
Admissions, College Guidance, B2B Marketing in K-12 Schools for Ed-tech
companies & Marketing & Outreach for Universities. In her current position at
Huron University, where she is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships and
augmenting the institution's Global footprint.
Bhakti is a strong advocate for the idea that universities should function as
knowledge ecosystems, contributing to the growth and progress of local and
global communities.
An experienced workshop facilitator, she frequently conducts sessions for
Students, Parents and Higher-Ed professionals.
Ankur is a Senior Outreach, Higher education, Market entry, and Career
guidance professional who is known for his collaborative and innovative
approaches to Outreach. A strong student success advocate, he has helped
thousands of students make informed and meaningful career choices.
As a public speaker, writer, and prolific reader, Ankur has conducted life and
career guidance workshops across 500+ schools in over 35 countries. He
has led national / international outreach and admissions efforts of several
prestigious universities and organisations in India, such as Ashoka
University, Cialfo, O.P. Jindal Global University and Masters’ Union.
He is currently a Fellow and a Ph.D. candidate at O.P. Jindal Global
University with research interests in Higher Education Financing.
