1 Construction of 600 mm nominal dia. Reinforced concrete cast-in-
situ bored piles with rig machine or by cutter including M-25 grade
of cement concrete inclusive of all materials labour, tools and
plants and special machinery, layout of works, shifting & installation
of boring equipment/plants from one pile location to another
including bentonite solution in pile bore under unstable and or high
water soluble soil condition for retaining shape of bore, 5 kg. of RM 400
bentonite will be used in 100 litres, clear water excluding cost of
reinforcement cage as per specifications and drawings required for
proper completion of work as per drawing, specifications and
direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2 Reinforcement cement concrete work in circular columns

(extension of pile shaft) pile caps, tie beams and pedestal etc. with
M-25 grade of concrete including cost of all material labour, tools &
plants, all leads & lifts, vibrating, dewatering etc. centring and
shuttering placing of reinforcement in position at all elevations and
erection / grouting of 11mtr. / 13mtr. long steel tubular poles in Cum 70
proper plumb and alignment over double pole/four pole foundations
including making template / anchor, bolts etc. with all labour, T&P,
crane etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of
Engineer-in-charge.

3 Reinforcement M.S.Steel work for pile cages, rings, pile caps,

pedestal, tie beams etc. including placing of the cage in the pile
bore, cutting, bending, binding with 20 SWG wires welding as per
specifications and drawings including cost of steel and other
material labour, tools and plants and wastage of steel required for MT 20
proper completion of works as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
High Yield strength cold twisted deformed (HYSD) Fe 415 grade
shall be used.

4 Supply and providing M.S. liner of 6mm thick in piles up to 5.00

meters to 10.00 meters depth (maximum) duly primer and painting
outer surface etc. with approved drawing or direction of E/I
including supply, strengthening, bending, welding, all supports, MT 2
labours, tools and tackless, plants and equipments etc. Complete
as required for successful completion of the job as per direction of
Engineer-in-charge.

5 Cutting and chipping the piles top of 600 mm dia above the cut off
level including bending and straightening the pile reinforcement as
directed including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as may

6 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand)
including lift upto 1.5 metre and lead upto 30 metre and including
filling, watering, and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches Cum 30

7 Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade

including the cost of centering & shuttering & all materials, labour
tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and
complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
