Introduction
This Traffic Management Plan (TMP) outlines the measures to ensure the safety and efficiency of traffic
flow during the construction of a tarmac road at POA Place. The objective is to minimize disruption to
road users, ensure the safety of workers and the public, and facilitate the smooth progress of the
construction activities.
Scope of Work
The project involves:
Site Supervisor:
Ensure compliance with safety and traffic control measures on-site.
Liaise with the TMO on traffic management issues.
Traffic will be diverted to [Alternative Route Name], clearly marked with signs from [Diversion
Start Point] to [Diversion End Point].
Single lane closures from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flaggers directing traffic.
