Sir,

Sub: Petition to execute the Court Order dated 12.09.2018 and

03.04.2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge Madurai and
Madurai Bench of Madras High Court respectively;

1. Our father Late.C.Rajendran was working as Secretary at your

Organization and got retired from the service on 30.11.2003.
Our father died on . The deceased is entitled to retirement
benefits of Rs.942,190/-.
 2. On 25.03.2004 a sum of Rs.3,40,989/- was paid to the deceased.
Thereafter upon the Order of Hon’ble High Court a sum of
Rs.6,00,000/- was deposited in the Court which was
subsequently withdrawn on 27.03.2006.
3. The Hon’ble High Court has Ordered to pay the interest at 12%
p.a on the belated payment of Rs.6,01,201/- for the period of
26.03.2004 to 27.03.2006 by dismissing the Civil Revision
Petition in C.R.P.(MD) No.394/2023 filed by your organization
challenging the Order in C.M.A.(CS) No.4/2013 on the file of
the Hon’ble Principal District Judge Madurai dated 12.09.2018.
4. We, 1.R.Muthukumar and 2.R.Dharma are the legal heirs of
Late.C.Rajendran. The Death Certificate and Legal heir
certificate of Late.C.Rajendran is enclosed with this petition.
Therefore, we are legally entitled to the interest amount of
Rs.1,44,489/- as per the Order in C.M.A.(CS) No.4/2013 on the
file of the Hon’ble Principal District Judge Madurai dated
12.09.2018. But till now we have not received the interest
amount from your organization.
5. You are obliged to pay the interest as per the Court Order
failing which we would be constrained to file an Execution
Petition for recovery of the amount for which your organization
will be held liable for all costs and consequences.
