onboarding is completed the applicant will be assigned to the respective salesperson who referred them.
Important Note
KPI for Sales Team Members
• Within 90 days from the date of joining – Minimum one draft should be created in the
Simplex in your name.
• For the next period of 90 days – Minimum one closure has to be done in the System in
your name.

❖ If one of the above is not achieved by the Sales Team Member within the estimated
period of 180 days, then you will be lowered by one level. This is applicable for Tier 1
and Tier 2 Consultants only.
❖ Please note this has been implemented from 01st August 2023.
