I am writing to formally resign from my position as a medical ward nurse at Teresita L.

Jalandoni Provincial Hospital, effective May 8, 2024. After much consideration, I have
decided to pursue a job opportunity abroad, which aligns with my long-term career goals
and personal aspirations.

I would like to express my gratitude for the invaluable experience and opportunities for
professional growth that I have gained during my two years of service at Teresita L.
Jalandoni Provincial Hospital. I have truly enjoyed working with such a dedicated team
and contributing to the healthcare services provided to our community. Thank you for
the support and guidance you have provided me during my time here. I am grateful for
the friendships I have made and the knowledge I have acquired. I look forward to
applying my skills and experiences in my new role abroad while cherishing the
memories and lessons learned at Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital.

I will ensure a smooth transition of my responsibilities to my successor and complete

any pending tasks to the best of my abilities before my departure. I am willing to assist
in the training of my replacement, if needed, to facilitate a seamless handover process.
Please let me know if there are any specific procedures I need to follow regarding my
