GLOBAL MODULAR TESTER CONSENT AGREEMENT AND DATA PROTECTION

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By accepting this testing cycle, you expressly agree that:

☐ Applause App Quality Inc. (including its subsidiaries and affiliates such as uTest, Inc.,
collectively “Company”) may collect, process, share, transfer, and store your Personal
Data (“Personal Data”) in accordance with this Consent and Acknowledgement, for the
purposes of:

- test cycle(s) recruitment

- completion of the testing cycle(s)
- payment for your participation in the testing cycle(s)

Your Personal Data will be shared with the Company’s customer, who is requesting the testing.
Our customer is building new products used by people globally. Our customer seeks a diverse
pool of testers to ensure their products are representative of a wide sample of potential users.
You are not obligated to participate in the testing cycle, but your submission of information is a
prerequisite for participating. You will not be able to participate in the testing cycle or receive
payment if you do not submit your Personal Data.

You agree that you have reviewed the test cycle details and commit to testing during the
specified time, according to the scope and instructions, and to adhere to the uTest Rules of
Engagement. For more detailed information on uTest’s's privacy practices, please see our data
privacy policy at https://www.utest.com/privacy-policy **or reach out to our Data Privacy
Officer at PrivacyDPO@applause.com.

☐ You may withdraw your consent for processing your Personal Data at any time.
Please note that if you withdraw your consent you will no longer be a participant in the
test cycle and may not receive payment. You also understand and agree that your
Personal Data may be transferred for processing and storage outside of the country
where you reside, including transfer to the United States.

*Personal data will be stored for up to 2 months.

NOTE: Personal Data may not be kept longer than the cycle duration, and must be deleted
immediately upon either a) a deletion request from the tester or b) after the testing cycle is
completed, whichever is first.)

self-identifying data that I provide for this test cycle solely to be retained for the purpose
of contacting me for future test cycle opportunities such as this.

Data Protection Acknowledgement

A. PERSONAL DATA

1. Company shall comply with all applicable (i) international, federal, state, provincial and local
laws, rules, regulations and governmental requirements now or hereafter in effect, including
without limitation relating to privacy, data protection, confidentiality or security of personal data;
and (ii) Company information security policies, privacy policies.

2. Company will take reasonable steps to verify that any employees or of Company
(“personnel”) and any subcontractors with access to personal data have the capacity to protect
such personal data, including (i) selecting and retaining personnel and permitted subcontractors
that are capable of maintaining safeguards for personal data; and (ii) contractually requiring
personnel and permitted subcontractors to maintain such safeguards.

3. Company represents and warrants that Company and its permitted subcontractors will not
“sell” personal data. Company and its permitted subcontractors shall not use, retain, or disclose
personal data outside of the relationship between Company and its customers except with
Company’s prior written consent or as necessary to comply with law or a governmental authority
having jurisdiction over Company or its permitted subcontractor.

4. Without limitation of any other obligation hereunder, Company shall maintain controls to
ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal data and to ensure that personal data
is not disclosed or accessed contrary to the provisions of this Exhibit B. Company shall
implement and maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards and other
appropriate security measures (including without limitation measures to protect computer
hardware, software and internet security systems with regard to Company’s collection,
processing, storage, use, disclosure or disposal of personal data), designed to ensure that
Company and its employees, agents, companies and subcontractors (i) maintain the security and
confidentiality of personal data; (ii) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the
security and integrity of personal data; and (iii) protect against any security incident.

B. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

In the event Company will engage in transfers of EU and/or UK personal data to third countries,
Company agrees to implement the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (adapted
to Swiss law requirements when necessary) and/or the UK Standard Contractual Clauses
(collectively “SCCs”).

I have read and understand this Consent. I agree to participate in the test cycle in accordance
with this Consent.
