RE: MONTHLY CHARGES AND TOLL FEE CHANGES

We hope this letter finds you well. As part of our commitment to providing excellent services and
maintaining our facilities, we are writing to inform you about some important updates regarding
your monthly charges and toll fees.

Beginning next January, there will be changes in the toll fees for both small and large buses. The
toll fee for small buses will increase from G$100 to G$150, while for large buses, it will
increase from G$150 to G$260. These adjustments are necessary to assist in the general
maintenance of our facilities and ensure the continued quality of service we provide.

Your monthly charges for the use of our bus facilities remain as follows:

$1000 per month as the flat charge.

Please note that your monthly charges are due on 31st December 2022. We kindly request that
you ensure timely payment to avoid any inconvenience or service interruption.
