The Parties hereby agreed to enter this following Study Abroad Service Agreement (hereinafter
referred to as the Contract) with the terms and conditions as below.

ARTICLE I: CONTENT OF CONTRACT


Party A is responsible for being the guarantor of Party B and completing the procedure for studying
in High/Vocational School in Finland, specifically as follows:

The Finnish/Swedish language program in this contract is to provide Finnish/Swedish Continuous


Language Program provided by the Company according to below levels:
● Newbie Level
● Experienced Level
● All-star Level
● Master Level

ARTICLE II: FINLAND HIGH/VOCATIONAL


SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP 2024
Scholarship for High/Vocational school program in Finland (grades 10,11,12), study
Finnish/Swedish language, including:
- 100% free tuition fee for High/Vocational School Program
- Free lunch at school

ARTICLE III: RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTY A:

III.1. Responsibilities of Party A:


1) Provide information about the education and culture in Finland
2) Provide information about the school and city in the country of study, support consulting
Party B to choose the desired school
3) Guidance advice on application for Finnish residence permit for Party B.
4) Support Party B during the time of participating in the program. Party A will closely
accompany Party B during studying in Finland, support Party B mentally as well as answer
questions during study
5) Support to connect Party B with community groups so that Party B can exchange and
participate in community activities, as well as with Finnish and international friends.

III.2. Incentive of Party A:


1) Have full authority to decide on the use of project management fees and overseas study
dossiers submitted by Party B as prescribed in Article V to ensure the effectiveness of the
application for studying abroad.
2) To be supported by Party B to provide necessary information, documents, and papers to
complete the study abroad procedure
3) Have the right to ask the students of party B to comply with the regulations and laws of the
school and country

ARTICLE IV: RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTY B:


IV.1. Responsibilities of Party B:
1) Provide necessary documents to Party A upon request
2) Responsible for the legality, accuracy and truthfulness of documents provided to Party A.
Party B must pay the service fee to Party A and the program fees at the request of the
program
3) Strictly abide by the regulation, policies and laws of the school, state, and country of
Finland. Party B takes full responsibility if Party B violates criminal regulations in the host
country
4) To strictly comply with the commitments to the scholarship program and educational
institutions when participating in the Program.
5) Attempts to integrate and learn as best as possible, worthy of being the "Ambassador" for
the province / city and the School, creating a good model for the Program to continue to
have new scholarships for other students in the following years.
6) Willing to participate in activities connecting the province / home city and the Finland city, as
well as participating in promoting Finnish cities.
7) To complete well and fully program in classes and graduate, study hard, try to develop
yourself.

IV.2. Incentive of Party B:


1) Receive and be committed to scholarships and grants within the framework of the project.
2) Receive information and support from related parties of the Program
3) Free information consulting service about the education system, culture, and the country of
Finland
4) Get support from Party A to apply for Finnish residence permit
5) General support from Party A during high/vocational School in Finland

ARTICLE V: PROJECT MANAGEMENT FEE AND PAYMENT:


V.1: Payment:
1) Payment method: transfer to bank account given in the details sent or in cash (Euro or
USD)
2) Management Fee:
Project Management Fee: 8,450 EUROS (In words: Eight Thousand and Four Hundred
And Fifty euros) + 180 EUROS (In words: One Hundred and Eighty Euros)
The above fee is payable right after signing this contract, in which:
- Registration fee phase 1 for entering evaluation and group interview: 180 Euros
- Phase 2, Program registration after first phase approval and being accepted to the
program: 8,450 Euros to be split into 10 payments prior to starting each month.
- 1.700 Euros by signing the agreement
- On february 30, 2024 is 750 Euros
- On March 30, 2024 is 750 Euros
- On April 30, 2024 is 750 Euros

- On June 30, 2024 is 750 Euros

The above fee included VAT and:
Guarantee of the payment:
For the guarantee of the payment, the student will leave (Safteh) by the value equivalent to 1.5
times value in Iranian Rial; these guarantee notes will be returned by the end of this agreement.

The above service fees include:


a) Support information about studying, living, and working in Finland
b) Review the application and submit it to the official Finnish educational portal
c) Contact the Finnish/Swedish school for administrative papers
d) General consultation support
e) General support during study
f) Support to connect the community in Finland

The above project management fee does not include:


a) Additional services (in addition to the above basic services) related to residence permit
applications eg: taking care of all documents from A-Z, special assistance for students and
families. The service fee depends on the needs of each case.
b) The service to be present with the student at the Embassy of Finland to check the
application, submit the application and support on-site.
c) Fees for accompanying and assisting students flying from home country to Finland for
admission:
d) Fee for notarized translation of documents in the home country for applying for a residence.
Students can completely use other provider's services for this item if they want.
e) Fee to support the reservation and transfer of schools in Finland: 500 EUR. This fee is paid
in case the student has attended a school in Finland and wishes to reserve for a while or
transfer to another school, FinlandQ can assist the student with the paperwork and
procedures related. Note that schools outside of Finest Future's Project do not have a
commitment to provide free accommodation for students. In case the transfer is due to
external factors, for example politics or natural disasters, school closure, Party A will assist
Party B to transfer schools at no additional charge.
f) International insurance for students’ study in EU
g) Transportation fees to Finland Embassy to apply for resident permit
h) Transportation costs from home to the airport and from the airport to home, in Iran and
Finland
i) Students' personal expenses incurred during travel between the two countries (Eating,
accommodation, personal shopping)
j) Flight ticket (Home country-Finland)
k) Personal assistance service for students in Finland
l) Visa / residence card service for parents of students
m) Other services

V.2: Administrative handling in some cases:


1) In case Party B or the student voluntarily cancels the project or during the process of
studying abroad and violating the agreed obligations that make the purpose of studying
abroad not reach, the entire project management fee that Party B will not be refunded by
Party A.
2) In case of absence from school due to force majeure: In case Party B has a medical
problem certified by a doctor and other problems confirmed by the Embassy of home
country in Finland, Party B needs to have the application for withdrawal of the program and
return to home country. Party A will do the procedures for students to stop participating.
3) In case Party B drops out of school without a plausible reason: Party A will send a written
notice to the family, the Embassy, and relevant agencies and organizations to be informed
of the situation.
4) In case force majeure occurs such as natural disasters, fires, pandemic, the application for
studying abroad process is interrupted, project management fee will be reserved until the
problem is resolved.
5) All payments must be issued an invoice signed by the company to be considered valid. Party
A is only responsible for the payments / collection on behalf of related partners with all valid
documents issued from Party A.
6) In case the student extends the study period more than 3 years than expected with
confirmed reasons by the competent authority, Party A will support the paperwork to ensure
the benefits of the scholarship for students until finishing the Finnish vocational School
program.

ARTICLE VI: GENERAL TERMS


1) In the case of objective reasons such as natural disasters, epidemics, lost correspondence,
policies changes of The Islamic Republic of Iran and Finland; due to the student's inability
to meet immigrate conditions; due to changes in procedures, records that are beyond the
control of Party A or for any other objective reason, the two parties agree to accept
according to the policy of the School or the host country without going to court.
2) In case a dispute occurs during the implementation of a commitment, other force majeure
events in Clause 1) Article VI, it will be settled through negotiation. If the two sides cannot
solve the problem, the dispute will be brought to the City Court in Iran to solve.
3) This contract takes effect from the date of signing. In case of disputation, this contract will
be extended until the dispute is resolved. The contract will be automatically liquidated when
it expires.
This contract is made into 02 copies; each party keeps 01 copies which has the same legitimacy.
This contract comes into effect from the date of signing.
