Sean Mgumbe knew he wanted to be an actor from a very young age. How else was
someone supposed to be a Hero in this modern world? His parents were less sure of
his destiny and insisted he get a more rounded education. He discovered he had
some academic skills in the sciences but stuck to his plan and focused his studies
on areas he though would help him in his acting career. It wasnt long before he
was playing bit parts and small time villains both in offical projects and his own
form of street theatre. His larger than average frame and musculature made him a
natural for those roles. Sadly he did not have the coordination to match his
acting skills or phisique. Physical flubs like fumbling a prop or tripping were
more often the cause of multiple takes than any forgotten or misdelivered lines.
Sean even went so far as to learn the basics of standard action movie hero skills
like shooting and hand to hand so his performances would be all the more real.
This was all before the INCIDENT of course. After that no amount of explanations
or protests could get him acting work. Soon Sean realized he would just have to
wait out the memory of the entertainment industry. Much to his chagrin it turned
out his parent were right. Sean went back to some of the subjects that had
interested him when he was younger and furthered his training as an engineer and
mechanic. "It is very manly and action hero-y to be good with your hands and deep
in the guts of machines." he thought to himself during his retraining for his
'real' job. It is here we find Sean. Approaching his engineer position as
training for a future action feature. Thinking of himself as the everyman hero of
the movie in the minutes before the villain arrives and he has to save the day.
Waiting for that glorious future day when the INCIDENT is forgotten by the casting
agencies and he can return to his calling.
