LARONG LAHI

NAME OF THE GAME:

- LUKSONG LUBID

MATERIALS NEEDED:
1. A long, sturdy rope (approximately 10-15 feet in length)
2. An open space (outdoors or in a large room) free of
obstacles

MECHANICS OF THE GAME:

1. Two players will hold the ends of the rope and stretch it
horizontally at a low height (around knee level) while
facing each other.

2. The other players form a line a few feet away from the
rope.

OBJECTIVE OF THE GAME:

The aim is for each player to successfully jump over the rope
without touching it.
GAMEPLAY:
1. The first player in line runs towards the rope and jumps
over it.
2. If the player successfully jumps over the rope without
touching it, they move to the back of the line, and the next
player takes their turn.
3. After all players have successfully jumped over the rope,
the holders raise the rope to a higher level (mid-thigh,
waist, chest, etc.).
4. The game continues with each player attempting to jump
over the rope at each new height.

RULES OF THE GAME:

1. If a player touches the rope while jumping, they are out of
the game.
2. The game continues until only one player remains. The last
player to successfully jump over the rope at the highest
level without touching it is declared the winner.

VARIATIONS:
1. The game can be made more challenging by adding different
jumping styles (e.g., one-footed, backwards).
2. For younger children or beginners, the game can start with
the rope on the ground and gradually increase the height as
they become more confident.
