CENTENARY CELEBRATION OF HOWRAH VIVEKANANDA INSTITUTION

Respected Sir/Madam,
As a part of the Centenary Celebration Programme of Howrah Vivekananda Institution established in the year 1922, a Cub-Bulbul, Scout-
Guide, Rover- Ranger and Adult Leader’s Rally is scheduled to be held on 31st December 2022 at the School premises. Officials of State
and District Association and other dignitaries will present on the occasion.
Details of the programme is as follows.
 Reporting, Registration and Breakfast 8.00 Hours
 March Past by the participants 10.00 Hours
 Inaugural Function 10.20 Hours
 Activity - Friendship Games, Quiz Contest, Various Fun Games, Obstacle Games 11:00 Hours
 Pioneering Project (material will be provided), etc.
 Lunch 13.00 Hours
 SKILORAMA based on 3 R (materials will be brought by Unit) 14:00 Hours
 Cultural Function Folk dance, Group dance on Patriotic Songs, and 15:00 Hours
 Group dance on Rabindra Sangeet. Time Limit 5 minutes (Max)
 Closing ceremony 17:00 Hours
**Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon snacks will be provided.
Quota allotted for participation in the programme with Uniform as per APRO II /III as mentioned below.
