PRESENTACION

En la Escuela Primaria trabajamos con la profundidad y complejidad


creciente de los contenidos basándonos en el Diseño Curricular para la
Educación Primaria. Los contenidos son abordados de tal forma que
conforman una única estructura disciplinar, integrando cada área en sí
misma. Este criterio favorece el trabajo interdisciplinario. Los niños y las
niñas ingresan al primer año habiéndose iniciado en la lengua extranjera
desde la comprensión y la producción oral y egresan en sexto año de la
Escuela Primaria utilizando construcciones simples y compuestas en forma
oral y escrita.

El acceso a otro idioma ofrece además una oportunidad genuina de


reflexionar sobre la propia lengua, advertir sus variables y desarrollar
sobre ella una mirada metalingüística que no nace “naturalmente”.

Nuestro enfoque de iniciación en la lengua (apprenticeship approach), en el


cual el docente comparte, guía, modela y realiza el acompañamiento a los
niños, pone en relieve la importancia del aspecto social del aprendizaje y del
rol del docente.

Promovemos un fuerte trabajo de conversación. El docente se constituye en


modelo y secuencia las tareas para que los alumnos reconozcan las reglas.
Los niños descubren por sí mismos cómo funciona la lengua en distintos
niveles (lingüístico, discursivo, pragmático, sociocultural) y generan las
reglas lingüísticas (lexicales, gramaticales, sintácticas, fonológicas), que
irán profundizando a medida que toman contacto creciente con el idioma.

Propiciamos el uso de la literatura para favorecer el aprendizaje de la


lengua y para desarrollar lectores entusiastas e independientes,

 La forma afirmativa con el pasado del verbo conjugado.

 En el caso de los verbos regulares se forma añadiendo “ed” al verbo.

 Si el verbo acaba en consonante “y” esta se transforma en i y se le


agrega ed.

 Si el verbo acaba en e se le añade solo “d”.

 La forma negativa con didn´t y el infinitivo de verbo conjugado.

 Se forma añadiendo “ed” al verbo.

Need (necesitar) → needed

Listen (escuchar) → listened

 Si el verbo termina en “e” ,entonces tan solo se le añade una “d”

Love (amar) → loved

Bribe (sobornar) → bribed

 Si el verbo termina en”y” y están al lado de una


consonante,entonces esta letra “y” se trasforma en “i” y se le añade
“ed”.

Carry (llevar) → carried

Study (estudiar) → studied

 Si el verbo esta formado por una silaba,con una sola vocal y termina
consonante,entonces esta consonante se duplica.

Stop (parar) → stopped

Ban (prohibir) → banned

 También se duplica la ultima consonante de aquellos verbos de dos


omas silabas,cuyo acento recae en la ultima silaba,y esta contiene
una sola vocal y finaliza en una sola consonante.

Admit (admitir) → admitted

Prefer (preferir) → preferred

 Por ultimo,se dobla también la ultima consonante de aquellos verbos


que teminan en “l” y están después de una vocal.
