Question 3. Does the ban on the sale of meat during festivals infringe Article 19 (1) (a) of the Constitution?

Question 4. Does the doctrine of eclipse apply to post- constitutional laws as well?

Question 5. What are the sedition and hate speech laws in the country and in light of the constitution standards
under Article 19(1)(a), are they valid?
