1) Supporting Document(s)(CPC, LPK APPROVAL) must be submit to Customer Service - Booking team latest by one (1) working day prior vessel closing.

2) Should shipper CANCEL Special Equipment booking (except reefer) after issuance of booking confirmation, there will be a penalty cost of MYR500/per special
equipment.

3) CLOSING TIME AND DATE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

4) Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan and Tawau ports weight limitation:

MGW for 20’ from 27.01 to 30 tonnes deems as OOG heavy weight container subject to OOG surcharge MYR 100/20’
MGW for 40’ from 32.01 to 33 tonnes deems as OOG heavy weight container subject to OOG surcharge MYR 150/40'

MGW for above 30 tons/20' and 33 tons/ 40' to be rejected by Sandakan and Tawau port.
(Important Note: Maximum Gross Weight (MGW) = Gross Cargo Weight + Container Tare Weight)

5) Labuan ports weight limitation:

a) Maximum Gross Weight for 20' laden is 28 Tonnes.
b) Maximum Gross Weight for 40' laden is 28 Tonnes.
This applies for both export and import containers.
(Important Note: Maximun Gross Weight (MGW) = Gross Cargo Weight + Container Tare Weight)

6) Container Demurrage / Detention Tariff :-

Export Demurrage (For 20' & 40'General Purpose):

a) Free Day = 5 Calendar Days
b) 6th Day to 8th day = (MYR30/20’ & MYR60/40’) Per Calendar Day
c) 9th Day to 11th Days = (MYR45/20' & MYR90/40') Per Calendar Day
d) 12th Day 14th Days = (MYR60/20' & MYR120/40') Per Calendar Day
e) 15th onward = (MYR75/20' & MYR150/40') Per Calendar Day

Export Detention (For 20' & 40' General Purpose):

a) Free Day = 7 Calendar Days
b) 8th Day to 10th Days = (MYR15/20’ & MYR30/40’) Per Calendar Day
c) 11th Days to 13th Days = (MYR23/20' & MYR45/40') Per Calendar Day
d) 14th Days to 16th Days = (MYR30/20' & MYR60/40') Per Calendar Day
e) 17th Days onward = (MYR45/20' & MYR90/40') Per Calendar Day

7) Merchant is responsible to prepare all necessary permits to prevent any penalty charges might imposed by relevant government agencies such as veterinary
dept, which carries shall not be held responsible.

8) With effective 1st June 2022, all bookings will be subjected to booking cancellation fees. Vessel ETA on booking confirmation will be used as basis for
calculation.
In the event of cancellation request submitted from 10th to 5th day before vessel ETA, cancellation fee of RM510/ TEU will be charged.
Late cancellation request with 4 days or less to vessel ETA, full freight + prevailing EBS will apply.
