ISPL FSS is set up as a Shared Service Centre and works on an Extended Plus model, within a

across the geographies. It is organized by 7 work streams and provides services across 29

Position Purpose
Finance Transition manager will be responsible for managing all the transitions end to end
which are coming from global locations and getting offshored to ISPL Mumbai / Chennai.
Individual must possess strong expertise in the area of Transition & Project management,
Stakeholder management, Cost management, Internal Reporting & Governance for Finance
shared services business management.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Lead and drive projects along with developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with
clients as well as relevant stakeholders across the organization
Design Target operating Model, Create RACI and conduct risk assessments for migration of
respective processes / services from various locations across globe to Finance shared services
Must have strong stakeholder / client management skills i.e. ability to liase and coordinate
with senior management i.e. Legal, Finance, Compliance, Tax, Admin, CEO’s / CFO’s etc.
Must have strong cost management skills with expertise in the area of budgeting, forecasting,
highlighting critical metrics such as Payback period, NPV, BCR etc.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial
analysis
Update and document all changes as per Organization procedure and change control
framework. Conduct periodic reviews of relevant changes with change management board for
approval
Ensure management of SLA (Service Level Agreements) for respective services across regions
Certified/Trained – Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Must have experience in conduction Lean workshops/trainings
Have strong understanding of analytical concepts and Lean Six Sigma tools like VSM, Waste

Analysis, Control Charts etc.
Must be strong in analyzing problem statements and capable of arriving to a solution
Lead and drive transformation projects generating $ saves and impacting business metrics i.e.
Quality, Cost, Timelines
Contributing Responsibilities
· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-
term goals
· Preparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting
current progress, risks, challenges and dependencies to relevant stakeholders
· Schedule steering committee meetings as agreed in Governance model with relevant
stakeholders
· Ensure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository
for future references
· Individual must contribute in designing dual platform for shared service center
· Contribute in creating COE (Center of excellence), standardization, streamlining, creating to be
state roadmap
