issued to Appellant No.1A returned back unserved with bailiff’s remark
“Not found at the time of service”. Office note further says that
Appellant No.1B to 1F have filed vakalatnama of learned Advocate Mr.
Bhope and learned Advocate Mr. B.H. Jagtap. However, in the
vakalatnama, surname of 1C is not correct. It is Mundhe and in fact it
ought to have been Shinde. The serving officers are directed to serve
both the learned Advocates so far as Appellant No.1B, 1D, 1E and 1F.

already been executed. He seeks time to give correct information to the
