What happened?
Such
i have been recently trying to dispute collections suck as caine & weiner midland credit
management , jefferson capital systems , and the rest of the negative balances , i firmly
believe that i am an victim of identity theft and would need futher help. i requested for
experian ,equifax or transunion to remove because it wasnt my authorization and also i
never had a contracts with the collections or gave pro-mission at any time .. and that it is a
violation and against the law .

 I WANT THE CFPB TO PUBLISH THIS DESCRIPTION ON CONSUMERFINANCE.GOV SO

THAT OTHERS CAN LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

The CFPB will take steps to remove my personal information from this description but
someone may still be able to identify me. Learn how it works. I consent to publishing this
description after the CFPB has taken these steps.

What would be a fair resolution to this issue?

remove all companies/collections from my consumer as requested due to identity theft , no

contracts on my end signing and no authorization from me.
