AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

I, MALOUGIE CASTRO VILLEGAS, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a

resident of Bgy. San Manuel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say;

That I was born on November 22, 1967, in Aborlan, Palawan to the spouses
ARTURO C. CASTRO and MONINA M. NUÑALA;

That in my Certificate of Live Birth issued by Philippine Statistics Authority, my

first name was erroneously stated as “MALUGE”;

That in my TIN 457-035-801 issued by the Bureau of the Internal Revenue, my

first name was correctly stated as “MALOUGIE”;

That “MALUGE NUÑALA CASTRO” appearing in the Certificate of Live Birth

issued by Philippine Statistics Authority and “MALOUGIE CASTRO VILLEGAS”
appearing in my TIN 457-035-801 issued by the Bureau of the Internal Revenue,
together with the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of Late Antonio Nuñala and
Edelisa Montilla Nuñala, Special Power of Attorney and the Deed of Absolute Sale
that were executed before Notary Public, Atty. Philip Jerome J. Hilario, at Puerto
Princesa City, dated July 12, 2023 and February 19, 2024 respectively, refers to one
and the same person.

That I am executing this Affidavit of Discrepancy to attest to the truth and

veracity of my above statements and to be able to rectify and/or request for
consideration on the discrepancies appearing in the said document, and to comply
with the requirements of the law.

FURTHER, AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
