JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, MARICEL F. ZAMBALES, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Puerto

Princesa City, Palawan, and TERESITA S. LATEO, of legal age, Filipino, and a
resident Bgy. Sicsican, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, both after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That we both personally know the person of NANCYLEE N. CASTRO,

whom of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen and presently residing at
Poblacion Aborlan, Palawan, Philippnes;

2. That we are both be friended and have made individual acquittances with
the above-named person for a long period of time. Thus, we have personal
knowledge that she is using the first name “NANCYLEE” instead of
“NANCYLE” in all her identification and other documents;

3. That we know for a fact that the person by the name of NANCYLEE N.
CASTRO, appearing in the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of Late
Antonio Nuñala and Edelisa Montilla Nuñala, Special Power of Attorney
and the Deed of Absolute Sale that were executed before Notary Public,
Atty. Philip Jerome J. Hilario, at Puerto Princesa City, dated July 12, 2023
and February 19, 2024 respectively, together with her TIN 457-034-582,
which was issued by the Bureau of the Internal Revenue and NANCYLE
NUÑALA CASTRO appearing in her Birth Certificate issued by the
Philippine Statistics Authority, refers to one and the same person;

4. That we are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above-mentioned

person; and

5. That we have executed this Joint Affidavit for the submission to proper
authorities and to attest to the truthfulness and veracity of the foregoing
statements and for whatever legal purposes and intents it may serve.
